You have 14 days from delivery to return your PowerSurf for a full refund, no questions asked — as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Email info@powersurf.eu with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund is issued to your original payment method.
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a full refund. In these cases, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
Warranty claims (manufacturing defects within 1 year) are handled separately from returns. Contact us at info@powersurf.eu for warranty support.
