Engine defects under normal operating conditions · Carbon fiber hull structural defects · Throttle mechanism and safety killswitch failures · Any component failure not caused by user error or external damage
Damage from accidents, crashes, or misuse · Normal wear and tear · Damage from use in salt water without proper rinsing · Unauthorized repairs or modifications · Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

Depending on the defect, we will repair, replace components, or replace the entire unit at our discretion — at no cost to you.
